    Customer Care / Client Management Personnel

    Job Description

    • Someone who is Empathic, Intuitive and Detailed with at least 2 years work experience as a customer care and client management personnel
    • Make and receive calls and respond to emails.
    • Manage clients professionally and assist in resolving issues and communicating to all the necessary departments.
