• This position is for Field Officers with 13 years’ experience in Microfinance Lending who have existing healthy loan portfolios.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for acquisition and management of loan portfolio i.e. Loan initiation, processing, monitoring and repayment.
• Market the organization’s products to eligible customers and maintain close monitoring to ensure repayment
• Conduct thorough loan analysis to ascertain customer’s payment capacity and willingness; evaluate the credit risk before presentation to Credit Committee.

Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND with minimum of 2nd class lower (2.2) in related discipline
• Minimum of 13 year post NYSC experience in credit or a client facing sales role with a financial institution.

Remuneration
N100,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
