Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of design work.
Proven experience in leading a creative team, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
Strong understanding of design trends and best practices.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of the payment services industry is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
Oversee the creative team and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs that align with the company’s brand guidelines and values.
Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging and customer engagement.
Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the company’s standards and requirements.
Create innovative and visually compelling designs for various marketing and advertising campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and print collateral.
Provide design direction and feedback to the creative team, ensuring that all designs meet the company’s standards and requirements.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the company’s design strategy.
Manage and mentor the creative team, providing guidance and feedback on design concepts and execution.
Work with external vendors and contractors to ensure that design projects are completed on time and within budget.
Perform other functions as assigned by the Board and the Group MD/ CEO.
