Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced and creative Small Chops Baker who can prepare a variety of pastries and finger foods while maintaining top-quality taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• The ideal candidate must be skilled, reliable, and passionate about baking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake small chops such as:
• Puff-puff, spring rolls, samosa, meat/fish pies, cakes, doughnuts, chin-chin, cookies, pastries, etc.
• Measure, mix, and bake ingredients following recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor food production to ensure consistency in taste and portion.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, tools, and equipment.
• Manage inventory of baking materials and report shortages.
• Assist in packing and timely delivery preparation for orders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene policies.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a small chops baker or pastry chef.
• Strong knowledge of pastries, baking techniques, and small chops production.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.
• Must be dependable and willing to work early mornings or weekends if needed.
