    Fleet Supervisor

    Report To: Head of Administration

    Level: Junior Management

    Location: Anambra State

    Role Summary

    The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the company’s vehicle fleet to ensure efficient operations, proper maintenance, safety compliance, and cost control. The role oversees drivers, vehicle usage, fuel management, and fleet records to support smooth logistics and operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily fleet operations, vehicle allocation, and driver schedules
    • Coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and vehicle inspections
    • Ensure compliance with road safety and transport regulations
    • Monitor driver performance and enforce safety standards
    • Track fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance costs
    • Prevent fuel misuse and support cost-saving initiatives
    • Plan routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
    • Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare routine reports

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Logistics, or related field
    • 4–6 years’ experience in fleet operations or logistics management
    • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and transport regulations
    • Experience using GPS or fleet tracking systems is an advantage
    • Good supervisory, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    Work Environment

    • Office-based, Farm Environment
    • Fast-paced, operational setting
