Corporate Services Executive at Frutta Foods and Services Nigeria Limited

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day administrative\r\noperations of the business
• Managing facilities and office spaces, including\r\nlease negotiations and space planning
• Developing and implementing corporate services\r\npolicies and procedures
• Coordinating and managing vendor relationships\r\nand contracts
• Overseeing corporate services budget and\r\nensuring cost-effectiveness
• Ensuring the business complies with relevant\r\nlegislation and regulations
• Managing the procurement process and maintaining\r\nan inventory of office supplies
• Coordinating with the IT department to ensure\r\ninfrastructure and technology needs are met
• Managing and supervising maintenance and\r\ncleaning staff
• Ensuring safety procedures are in place and\r\nadhered to
• Developing business continuity and disaster\r\nrecovery plans
• Overseeing and managing travel arrangements for\r\nstaff

Requirement:

• Proven experience as a Corporate Executive or a similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and\r\nperformance management principles
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and public speakin skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
