Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Control Room Officer located in Lagos.
• The Control Room Officer will be responsible for monitoring security cameras, alarms, and communication systems, responding to emergencies, and coordinating with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring security systems and responding to emergencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Proficiency in computer systems and technology
• Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role is a plus
• Certification in security management or related field is desirable
