Content & Communications Specialist (AI-Focused) at Bible Davids Ministries

Role Overview

• The Content & Communications Specialist (AI-Focused) is responsible for developing high-quality written content for digital, broadcast, and marketing platforms while also translating and localizing content for diverse global audiences. This role blends creative writing with technical proficiency in AI translation tools to ensure clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance across all communications.
• The ideal candidate is both a strong storyteller and a detail-oriented linguist, capable of maintaining the ministry’s voice while adapting content for different regions and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling copy for campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, broadcasts, and ministry materials
• Translate and localize content into multiple languages using AI-assisted tools while ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance
• Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of clarity, grammar, tone, and consistency
• Adapt messaging for different audiences, platforms, and regions while preserving the ministry’s voice and intent
• Collaborate with media, marketing, and leadership teams to align messaging with ministry initiatives
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity in writing, translation, and content optimization
• Maintain consistency in branding, terminology, and messaging across all communications
• Assist in developing scripts, captions, subtitles, and written materials for video and broadcast content
• Review and refine AI-generated translations to ensure quality and contextual accuracy
• Stay updated on trends in copywriting, AI tools, and multilingual communication

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or translation
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong proficiency in at least one additional language beyond English (highly preferred)
• Experience using AI tools for writing and translation (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepL, or similar platforms)
• Understanding of tone, voice, and audience targeting across different platforms
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality content
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in a ministry, nonprofit, media, or faith-based organization is highly preferred
• Personal alignment with the mission, values, and spiritual foundation of Bible Davids Ministries is essential
