    Digital Marketing Officer - Admissions will lead Doviana College’s online student recruitment and brand visibility. You will use digital channels to attract, engage, and convert prospective students into admitted students for NCE, Degree, and other programs.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    DIGITAL ADMISSIONS MARKETING
    Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive student applications for each admission session
    Manage Doviana College website, admissions portal, and social media pages - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, WhatsApp
    Create engaging content: videos, graphics, testimonials, program highlights, admission guides
    Run targeted Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads for student recruitment

    Policy Compliance Officer

    The Policy Compliance Officer ensures Doviana College operates in line with NCCE, TRCN, JAMB, NBTE, Federal/State Government, and internal college policies. You will monitor, audit, and advise management to reduce regulatory risk and maintain accreditation standards.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    POLICY DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION

    • Review, update, and draft college policies: Academic, Admin, HR, Student Affairs, ICT, Admissions, Examinations
    • Ensure all policies align with NCCE Minimum Standards, NUC/BMTP guidelines, and other regulatory bodies
    • Communicate new policies to staff and students and ensure proper adoption

    REGULATORY COMPLIANCE & AUDIT

    • Conduct regular internal audits to check compliance with NCCE, TRCN, JAMB, NYSC, and government circulars
    • Prepare documents and evidence for accreditation, resource verification, and inspection visits

    Administrative Officer Accounts and Finance

    The Administrative Officer - Accounts & Finance supports the Bursar in managing the college’s financial records, budgeting, and administrative processes. You will ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with College financial regulations and NCCE guidelines.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    ACCOUNTS & FINANCIAL RECORDS

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, cash books, and vouchers
    • Process payments to staff, vendors, contractors, and statutory bodies -
    • Receive and receipt student fees, school charges, and other revenue
    • Reconcile bank statements, revenue collections, and expenditure monthly
    • Assist in preparation of annual budget and budget performance reports

    Education:

    • HND / BSc in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

    Professional

    • ICAN, ANAN, or CIPFA student/member is an advantage

    Security Guards

    The Security Guard is responsible for protecting lives and property of Doviana College of Education staff, students, visitors, and college assets. You will ensure a safe and secure learning environment in line with college policy and government regulations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    ACCESS CONTROL & SURVEILLANCE

    • Control entry and exit of staff, students, visitors, and vehicles at college gates
    • Check ID cards and verify purpose of visit before granting access
    • Monitor CCTV, patrol college premises, hostels, offices, and lecture halls
    • Keep accurate record of visitors, vehicles, and movement in the gate register

    PROTECTION OF LIFE & PROPERTY

    • Prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized activities on campus
    • Ensure security of college buildings, equipment, laboratories, ICT facilities, and stores
    • Respond promptly to alarms, distress calls, and emergencies
    • Escort cash, valuables, and VIPs when required

    EMERGENCY & SAFETY

    • Report fire outbreaks, accidents, and security breaches to the Chief Security Officer immediately
    • Assist during emergencies: fire, medical, riot, or natural disasters
