Role Overview

• CodelabprojectsNigeria Limited isseekinga smart, energetic, and highly trainable Digital Marketing & Cold Call Agent to support customer engagement, digital communication, lead generation, and online brand visibility.
• This is an onsite role that combines outbound cold calling, customer engagement, social media support, and digital marketing execution. The ideal candidate should be tech-oriented, adaptable, willing to learn quickly, and capable of handling both customer-facing and digital support responsibilities effectively.
• Candidates with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical disciplines are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and leads professionally and confidently.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer interactions to drive conversions.
• Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
• Assistin content creation, posting, and engagement on company social media pages.
• Maintainaccuratecustomer records and communication logs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and direct prospects appropriately.
• Assistwith graphic design and marketing material creation using tools such as Canva or Adobe tools.
• Support lead generation and online engagement activities.
• Monitor online engagement and help improve customer experience.
• Learn and adapt to company systems, scripts, products, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer support teams whenrequired.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, ora relatedfield preferred.
• NYSC completed or currently serving candidates may apply.
• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience in graphicdesignusing Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
• Willingness and ability to be trained in cold calling, customer engagement, digital marketing, and basic design.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
