Automotive Workshop Manager - Abuja

ABMTEK Limited is looking for a highly experienced, results-driven Automotive Workshop Manager with at least 7–10 years of automotive industry experience, including strong workshop management experience.

The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Lead technicians and improve productivity
- Increase workshop revenue and profitability
- Improve turnaround time, quality and customer satisfaction
- Control costs, inventory and operational wastage
- Develop and execute practical business growth strategies
Requirements:
- Proven workshop leadership experience
- Strong automotive technical knowledge
- Commercial thinking and measurable results from previous roles.
