    Quality Control Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to monitor product quality, food safety, hygiene, and GMP compliance throughout the production process.
    • The successful candidate will conduct inspections and testing, identify non-conformities, maintain accurate quality records, and ensure that only products meeting approved specifications proceed to release.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor production processes, raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products for compliance with quality standards.
    • Conduct routine sampling, inspection, and physical, chemical, or microbiological tests as required.
    • Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, HACCP, and food-safety requirements on the production floor.
    • Identify, document, isolate, and escalate non-conforming products and quality deviations.
