Area Sales Manager (Lubricants) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales and market growth for our lubricant products across Ibadan and surrounding markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Drive product visibility, promotions, and brand awareness.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback.
• Ensure effective territory coverage and achievement of sales targets.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in lubricants, automotive, industrial products, or FMCG.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong distributor/dealer and territory management skills.
• Good knowledge of the Ibadan/Oyo market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
