Payment of employees’ salaries & benefits within timeline and ensure adequate reporting
Responsibilities
Supervise the preparation of Junior, Superintendent and Seasonal Employees’ salary and other benefits
Review monthly HR KPI reports, job descriptions, employees’ ID cards and organograms
Ensure prompt statutory deductions, remittances and filing
Track all 3rd parties’ statutory compliance
Handle immigration matters (submit returns on or before 10th of every month), admin expenses reports
Monthly review & update of plant's organogram
Biometrics time and attendance tracking
Handles exit clearance and computation of final entitlements for exited employees, creates and post salary & final entitlement related items in the journals
Handle HMO matters, onboarding of new joiners and supervises processing of employee loans and advances
Prepare offer of appointment for new employees (junior and superintendent) and handle employees’ confirmation of appointments
Ensure Human Resources related compliance with QMS, Food Safety, OH&S & EMS, SGP, SEDEX
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy, Economics, Statistics or related field
4 – 6 years cognate experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
Ability to use Microsoft office packages - Excel, Word, Power Point
