    Warehouse Specialist - Finished Goods (FGS) Dispatch

    Job purpose

    • To ensure effective dispatch of Finished Goods (FGS) from warehouse to customers and ensure that only quality and certified FGS are dispatched to customers, using transporters with current/valid Goods In Transit (GIT), in line with approved Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) parameters.

    Responsibilities

    • Dispatch of Finished Goods to customers and ensure prompt posting of same on Navision Dynamics
    • Ensure proper Waybill is raised for all FGS sent to customers through Navision Dynamics
    • Daily/monthly stock taking for Finished Goods inventory management/control and ensure variances arising are reconciled promptly  
    • Prompt registration of trucks and ensure pre-dispatch inspection is carried out before loading on trucks.
    • Prepare daily dispatch report, matching with daily dispatch plan and circulate accordingly
    • Prepare Store Receipt Vouchers (SRV) for packaging materials received and Store Issue Vouchers (SIV) for materials used in the FGS Warehouse
    • Monitor packaging materials stock position and ensure re-order level is adhered.
    • Monitor and supervise the activities relating to issue of packaging materials to production department.
    • Ensure proper documentation of all items received

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing & Supply, Transportation & Logistics or related fields
    • 1 – 3 years cognate experience
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
    • Ability to use Microsoft office packages - Excel, Word, Power Point

    Compensation and Benefits Supervisor

    Job purpose

    • Payment of employees’ salaries & benefits within timeline and ensure adequate reporting

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise the preparation of Junior, Superintendent and Seasonal Employees’ salary and other benefits
    • Review monthly HR KPI reports, job descriptions, employees’ ID cards and organograms
    • Ensure prompt statutory deductions, remittances and filing
    • Track all 3rd parties’ statutory compliance
    • Handle immigration matters (submit returns on or before 10th of every month), admin expenses reports
    • Monthly review & update of plant's organogram
    • Biometrics time and attendance tracking
    • Handles exit clearance and computation of final entitlements for exited employees, creates and post salary & final entitlement related items in the journals
    • Handle HMO matters, onboarding of new joiners and supervises processing of employee loans and advances
    • Prepare offer of appointment for new employees (junior and superintendent) and handle employees’ confirmation of appointments
    • Ensure Human Resources related compliance with QMS, Food Safety, OH&S & EMS, SGP, SEDEX

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy, Economics, Statistics or related field  
    • 4 – 6 years cognate experience
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
    • Ability to use Microsoft office packages - Excel, Word, Power Point

    Shift Security Specialist

    Job purpose

    • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, conduct daily surveillance of the plant facilities and equipment and report security threat findings to management.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure effective operation of the security system by ensuring that approved personnel, facilities and methods are in place.
    • Supervise and coordinate the contract security operatives
    • Carry out regular timely checks on all security bits within the factory and company residential quarters.
    • Handle investigation of matters approved by management
    • Advice management from time to time on general security issues
    • Undertake regular intelligent surveillance and render intelligence reports to management
    • Identify and rate aspects departments’ activities and develop programs where necessary, to help control those aspects that could have adverse impact on the environment
    • Support the HSE Supervisor in all Fire, Health, Safety and Environment matters
    • Ensure Human Resources related Compliance with QMS, FSSC, OH&S, EMS, SGP & SEDEX

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Security Management or related fields
    • 1 – 3 years cognate experience
    • Ability to prepare and review intelligence reports
    • Communication, problem solving, team building and supervisory skills
    • Ability to impart knowledge on others

    Protocol Specialist

    Job purpose

    • Provide protocol administrative services proactively to meet Business requirement.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure prompt and smooth logistics for airport travelers, including flight confirmation and airport pickup/protocol (international & local) to the Company’s Directors, Expatriate Employees and Visitors to the Company transiting the airport.
    • Arrange and excellently execute airport pickup/protocol logistics for smooth visits of foreign visitors, this includes flight confirmation, collection at airport and departure at airport.
    • Maintain a comprehensive report of all airport movements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration or any Social sciences
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in related jobs (Protocols, Sales support, Logistics, HR/Customer Services)
    • Logistics and/or administration experience
    • Basic finance and accounting knowledge

    Procurement Supervisor - Indirect Materials

    Job purpose

    • Procurement of indirect materials (Admin, Office Stationeries, IT related items, Energy and Heavy equipment & projects.)  

    Responsibilities

    • Source indirect items from domestic markets
    • Ensure the products sourced meet quality standards for user department expectation
    • Monitor product availability, track product delivery to ensure expected quantities are delivered timely
    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a wide range of indirect procurement categories
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
    • Manage suppliers’ relationships, negotiations, and contracts to ensure favorable terms to optimize cost savings and secure long-term supply arrangements
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
    • Utilize strong analytical skills to assess procurement data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic changes
    • Vendor registration and knowledge of all requisite documents
    • Raising of Purchase Orders (POs)

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
    • Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in supply chain management, procurement, or materials management, with significant experience in indirect Procurement
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and PowerPoint Presentation
