Maintain a safe and secure work environment, conduct daily surveillance of the plant facilities and equipment and report security threat findings to management.
Responsibilities
Ensure effective operation of the security system by ensuring that approved personnel, facilities and methods are in place.
Supervise and coordinate the contract security operatives
Carry out regular timely checks on all security bits within the factory and company residential quarters.
Handle investigation of matters approved by management
Advice management from time to time on general security issues
Undertake regular intelligent surveillance and render intelligence reports to management
Identify and rate aspects departments’ activities and develop programs where necessary, to help control those aspects that could have adverse impact on the environment
Support the HSE Supervisor in all Fire, Health, Safety and Environment matters
Ensure Human Resources related Compliance with QMS, FSSC, OH&S, EMS, SGP & SEDEX
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Security Management or related fields
1 – 3 years cognate experience
Ability to prepare and review intelligence reports
Communication, problem solving, team building and supervisory skills
