Content Creator/Content Strategist at Capsgain Solutions

Job Summary

We are looking for a Content Creator/Content Strategist who will be responsible for sourcing, creating, and executing high-performing video content that drives product sales. This role is for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, click, and buy - and can turn that understanding into high-converting video ads across TikTok and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

• Source high-performing video ideas and trends from TikTok and other social platforms.
• Create scroll-stopping hooks that capture attention within the first 5 seconds.
• Shoot engaging video content (including face-to-camera content).
• Develop fresh creative concepts to avoid content monotony.
• Create compelling UGC-style content for e-commerce products.
• Edit videos for ads and organic social media distribution.
• Ability to use AI tools to generate videos, contents ideas and scripts
• Strategically position products in videos to drive conversions.
• Collaborate with creators, and personal network to produce diverse content.
• Continuously test and optimize creatives based on performance data.

Requirements/Qualification

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Creative Arts, Digital Media, or any related field.
• Proven ability to create viral or high-engagement TikTok-style content.
• Proven portfolio of past content work
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce selling psychology through video.
• Ability to use AI tools to generate content ideas and scripts.
• Must reside in Lagos
• Results-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
