    Commission Sales Executive - Medical Devices

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Commission Sales Executive to drive product sales and expand market reach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, converting leads into customers, and achieving sales targets. This role is performance-based, with income tied directly to sales commissions — making it ideal for ambitious individuals who are confident in their ability to deliver results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
    • Promote and sell company products/services to clients
    • Schedule and attend sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
    • Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
    • Provide feedback from the field to support marketing and product improvement
    • Represent the company professionally and maintain positive client relationships
    • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND/NCE in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
    • Previous experience in sales or a client-facing role is preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Persuasive, goal-driven, and confident in closing sales
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • Familiarity with the product or industry is a plus
    • Proficiency in basic computer tools (Email, Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
