• The Coatings Execution Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of integrity restoration programs onboard Erha FPSO (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading) facility.
• This position is responsible for delivery of coatings program execution for structures, vessels and piping, oversight for quality assurance, and third-party contractor management.
• This role involves acting as the client rep onboard and managing multiple vendors to maximize productivity of crews; deliver high-quality integrity services; enforcing contract terms and business controls; ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, and regulations; and collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices.
• This role ensures the integrity and longevity of the facility's structures and equipment through effective maintenance strategies, compliance with safety standards, and efficient resource management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in maintenance planning software
• In-depth knowledge of offshore integrity practices, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and senior management.
• Technical diploma or equivalent experience
• 10+ years' experience in fabric maintenance execution, integrity engineering or equivalent
• Experience in team management
• Supervisory role within brownfield coatings campaign
• Specialized qualification in coatings inspection and QAQC
