Main Functions

• We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner/Office Assistant to support our office operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and clean assigned areas
• Dust and wipe office furniture and surfaces
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Ensure the environment is neat and hygienic at all times
• Carry out cleaning duties early in the morning before office operations begin
• Report cleaning supply needs or maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Secondary school (SSCE)

Experience:

• Proven experience in cleaning (office or commercial environment preferred)
• Ability to read and write (must be literate)
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Hardworking and dependable
• Familiarity with basic office procedures
• Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual cleaning tasks
• Ability to handle daily cleaning, front desk, and errand duties.
