Flagship Store Manager at Konga Online Shopping Limited

Konga is seeking an experienced and result-driven Flagship Store Manager to oversee the operations of one of our key retail outlets in Ikeja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing store team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth running of the flagship outlet
• Lead, supervise, and develop store staff to achieve performance targets
• Drive sales growth and deliver excellent customer experience
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and operational procedures
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and store performance metrics
• Implement strategies to improve store profitability and efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience managing a retail store (preferably large or flagship store)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent customer service and operational management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
