Civil / Structural Engineer at Velox Real Estate & Investment Limited

Key Responsibllties

• Design and analyze structural components for buildings and infrastructure.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Supervise construction projects to ensure quality and compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and building regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams.
• Perform structural calculations and feasibility studies.
• Identify and resolve construction and design issues.
• Monitor project costs and timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years experience in construction or real estate projects.
• Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and construction methods.
• Understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional certification (e.g., COREN) is an added advantage
