Civil Engineer (Site Supervisior) at A S F Alliance Limited

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations on site
• Ensure that health and safety measures are strictly adhered to
• Read, interpret, and explain complex technical documents to site workers
• Manage, coordinate, instruct and monitor the performance of site workers
• Test and evaluate building systems
• Consult with clients, collaborate with project managers, architects and subcontractors on building projects
• Give an accurate report of project progress to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven site work experience in building and construction
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc
• Project management and supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
