Civil Engineer (NYSC Corp Member) at BraveICONS Global

A fast-growing real estate company is looking to engage a smart and enthusiastic NYSC Civil Engineer (Corps Member) to support ongoing and upcoming residential and commercial property development projects. This role is ideal for a corps member seeking practical, hands-on experience in real estate development, construction supervision, and project delivery. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising on-site construction activities for residential and commercial buildings
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, and standards
• Support quality control efforts and report any deviations from approved plans
• Help coordinate subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers on-site
• Assist in site layout, leveling, and structural measurements when needed
• Prepare daily site reports and submit updates to the Project Engineer
• Contribute to maintaining site safety and environmental standards
• Work closely with the real estate development and project teams to meet timelines and quality expectations

Requirements

• Must be a serving NYSC corps member
• B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
• Interest in real estate development and property construction
• Basic knowledge of building design, structural works, and finishing
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and/or other design tools is an advantage
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
• Must be serving in Abuja
