Job Summary
We are seeking result-driven and highly motivated Secondary Sales Representatives to drive product distribution and sales across assigned retail outlets and territories.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding outlet coverage, ensuring product availability, and strengthening in-store visibility through effective merchandising.
This role requires individuals who are passionate about sales, comfortable working in the field, and experienced in the FMCG space.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive secondary sales by selling directly to retail outlets within assigned territories
- Generate consistent stock orders from existing customers
- Identify, approach, and onboard new retail outlets to expand market reach
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ensure product availability and optimal stock levels across outlets
- Execute merchandising standards (visibility, shelf arrangement, pricing accuracy)
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) at all times
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and store managers
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
- Provide accurate daily field reports and sales updates

Requirements
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years experience in FMCG or field sales (mandatory)
- Proven experience in secondary sales is a strong advantage
- Must reside within or close to preferred location of application
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Highly target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated
- Ability to work extensively in the field with minimal supervision

The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, preparing reports, handling payroll, and ensuring the organization complies with all statutory and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records of clients, including the preparation of accounts using bank statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Process payroll and statutory deductions
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on financial matters
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (adjust based on level)
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations is a plus
- ICAN/ACCA qualification or in view is an advantage
