    Logistics Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Operations Management: Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and distribution; manage inventory levels and warehouse organization; plan routes and monitor deliveries.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate logistics staff; foster a safe working environment.

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturers and dealers to ensure ongoing partnerships.

    Market Research:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers in different industries.
    • Stay up-to-date with trends in manufacturing, product demand, and market shifts to target the right partners.

    Onboarding & Integration:

    • Facilitate the seamless onboarding of manufacturers and dealers onto the recycling company
    • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate supplier products, ensuring they are accurately listed, categorized, and promoted.

    Sales Growth:

    • Drive sales by expanding the product range and ensuring a steady supply of high-quality products from various manufacturers.
    • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to maximize exposure and sales for new partners.

    Performance Monitoring:

    • Track and analyze the performance of onboarded manufacturers and dealers to ensure they meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide feedback and support to partners to help them optimize their product listings and sales performance.

    Compliance & Quality Control:

    • Ensure that all products from partnered manufacturers and dealers meet quality, safety, and legal standards required for the platform.

    Requirements

    • Must have a cognate experience in business development (at least 3 years)
