Chief Technical Officer at Intavalto Nigeria Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and installation of off-grid, hybrid, and mini-grid solar PV systems
• Provide technical leadership for rural and industrial electrification projects
• Provide technical leadership on project planning, budgeting, and procurement
• Enforce safety standards and HSE compliance across all project sites
• Train and mentor technical staff on solar PV and mini-grid design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) are a plus.
• At least 7 years of experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in renewable energy systems.
• Proven expertise in loT, energy storage systems, and grid integration technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A passion for innovation and sustainability.
