Chief Operations Manager at ECLAT HR Consulting

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

• Oversee daily business and administrative operations and improve operating procedures for optimal efficiency.
• Work together with key participants to compile the budget.
• Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of internal and external operational processes.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales and organizational objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover.
• Mentor and inspire employees to key into the vision of management.
• Establish policies that improve and promote the company vision and culture.
• Evaluate company performance and recommend strategies to improve results.
• Drive the company’s operational abilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
• Regulate company costs, and introduce strategic initiatives to address losses. 

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s in business administration or relevant disciplines.
• The role requires extensive experience across diverse departments.
• 5 years of proven work experience in a senior management position.
• Proven track record of managing complex budgets and financial records successfully.
• Experience in ethical leadership.
