    Recruitment Intern

    Job Summary.

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment processes.
    • The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in HR and talent acquisition, with good communication and organizational skills.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
    • Post job adverts on job boards and social media platforms.
    • Participate in initial CV reviews and shortlisting.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team.
    • Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • Fresh graduate, NYSC corps member, or candidate with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or talent management.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information professionally.
