    Area Sales Manager(North West)

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area.
    • Develop and implement area-specific sales plans aligned with company objectives.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, retail partners, and channels.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and recommend improvement actions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, salons, and beauty stores.
    • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in stores.
    • Negotiate placements, promotions, and display opportunities to increase sales.
