Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at KloudOpp Limited

About the Role

• KloudOpp Limited is seeking a strategic, revenue- and investment-driven CFO with extensive experience in financial strategy, capital management, and corporate growth.
• The ideal candidate has 15+ years of professional experience, with verifiable experience in Fortune 500 companies or similar high-revenue organizations (annual revenue ≥ $5M), preferably in FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, Logistics Tech, or enterprise technology.
• This role is responsible for driving financial strategy, managing funding and investments, optimizing capital allocation, and ensuring robust financial governance, while supporting long-term strategic growth and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning:

• Define and execute financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Capital Management & Fundraising:

• Manage capital structure, cash flow, and liquidity for optimal performance.
• Lead fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and financial negotiations.
• Ensure transparent reporting and communication with investors, shareholders, and the Board.

Financial Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Implement internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Supervise audits, financial reporting, and regulatory filings.

Partnerships & M&A:

• Support strategic partnerships, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions from a financial perspective.
• Conduct financial due diligence and valuation analyses.
• Advise executive leadership on financial implications of strategic initiatives.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring high-performance culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, legal, and product teams to drive financial discipline.

Required Experience & Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience with senior leadership experience as CFO or Finance Director.
• Experience in Fortune 500 or equivalent high-revenue companies (≥$5M annual revenue).
• Proven expertise in financial planning, capital management, investment strategies, and corporate governance.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, Logistics Tech, or large-scale technology ventures.
• Demonstrated ability to raise capital, manage investor relations, and drive business growth.
• Must pass rigorous background and reference checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent finance certification.
• Experience with international financial regulations and multi-jurisdictional operations.
• Familiarity with technology-driven financial platforms and ERP systems.
