Responsibilities
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and leads
- Demonstrating product benefits and developing persuasive sales pitches
- Negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed targets
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships
- Conducting market research to understand customer preferences and trends
- Documenting sales activities and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting customers in retail settings by greeting them, helping locate products, and processing purchases
- Escalating complaints or issues to management when necessary.
