    Chief Executive Officer - Faith Based Organization Lagos

    The  CEO  will  be  a  compassionate  and  visionary  leader  who  will  provide  strategic  leadership,  guide  organizational  growth,  and  maximize  the  value  of  all  stakeholders.  This  executive  plays  a  crucial 
    role  in  setting  the  organization's  direction,  fostering  a culture  of  innovation,  and  driving  operational  excellence  across  all  functions.  The  CEO  will  ensure  administrative  oversight  to  ensure  the the organizational health  The  ideal  candidate  will  have  a  proven  track  record  of  executive  leadership,  exceptional  management  skills,  and  a  deep  understanding  of a Faith-Based organization

    • Significant leadership experience, typically at least 10-15 years, with a  proven track record of success in executive or senior management roles. 
    • Experience in strategic planning, business development, and corporate  governance. 
    • Experience managing diverse teams and driving organizational change. 
    • Industry-specific experience and knowledge relevant to the company's  sector.
    • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve organizational goals. 
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on long-term vision and execution. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. 
    • Financial acumen and business savvy, with the ability to understand and analyze financial statements, market trends, and competitive landscapes. 
    • Decision-making skills, including the ability to make tough decisions under pressure and manage risk effectively. 
    • Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to navigate complex and dynamic business environments
    • Ethical integrity and a commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism and corporate responsibility.
