    Office Assistant

    The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the academy\'s operations. The role involves handling office tasks, supporting students and staff, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day administrative activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and assist students, visitors, and prospective trainees.
    • Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
    • Maintain student records, attendance logs, and administrative files.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and training sessions.
    • Assist with student registration and onboarding processes.
    • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as required.
    • Manage office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
    • Support the training and administrative teams with operational tasks.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
    • Perform data entry and update internal databases accurately.
    • Assist with event coordination, workshops, and academy activities.
    • Carry out other duties assigned by management.

    Requirements

    Education & Experience

    • Minimum of OND, NCE, or HND in any relevant field.
    • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team.
    • Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
    • Professional attitude and appearance.
