Chief Compliance Officer (Fintech) at Kadick Integrated Limited

Role Overview

• We are seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to provide strategic leadership for regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, governance, and risk management across our fintech operations.
• The role will act as the principal point of contact with regulators and ensure full alignment with applicable laws and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the organization’s compliance strategy, policies, and governance framework
• Lead the AML/CFT function, including KYC, CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting
• Manage regulatory relationships, inspections, audits, and remediation of findings
• Oversee compliance monitoring, testing, investigations, and reporting to senior management and the Board
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection requirements and embed compliance into product development and operations
• Promote a strong compliance culture through regular training and awareness programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field (advanced degree is an advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compliance, risk, or legal roles, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership capacity within fintech or financial services
• Strong working knowledge of CBN regulations, AML/CFT frameworks, and data protection obligations.
