Job Summary:

We are seeking a Residential Chef with a genuine passion for excellence. The successful candidate will deliver thoughtfully curated, high-quality meals that reflect the residents’ lifestyle, preferences, and nutritional goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare daily meals based on the residents’ preferences and dietary goals.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and ensure food is always stored safely and properly.
• Bring variety to the table, from classic comfort food to creative international dishes.
• Adapt recipes and techniques to meet dietary needs such as gluten-free, low-carb, or plant-based meals.
• Keep menus fresh, balanced, and in line with residents’ feedback.
• Oversee kitchen stock, equipment, and maintenance to keep operations seamless.
• Work with other household staff to coordinate meal times, special occasions, and family or guest events.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of experience working in a private residence, hotel, or fine-dining environment.
• Skilled in multiple cuisines and comfortable moving between traditional and contemporary styles.
• Organised and tidy
• Creative but disciplined; able to plan ahead while also responding to last-minute requests.
• Calm under pressure, respectful of privacy, and discreet in handling household matters.
• Formally trained in culinary arts or equivalent hands-on experience.
