Substantial relevant commercial and/ or management reporting experience, including significant exposure to senior executives and directors
An in-depth knowledge of business planning, budgeting and budget review processes, financial modeling, and post-investment review tools and methodologies, and enterprise performance analytics and reporting
Highly developed understanding of commercial realities and well-developed business acumen
Broad knowledge of finance processes and flows (especially pricing and revenue management)
Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to bring together diverse data and information and form sound judgments and insights.
Able to determine and steer business implications of change management
Skills to manage a professional Finance-organization
Diagnoses and problem-solving.
Independent and pro-active.
Social communicative aspects for internal and external communication at the senior level.

BSc/HND degree in any discipline with a minimum of second-class lower degree/upper credit
Experience working as a finance business partner preferably in an FMCG.
