Job Description

• Monitor all banking activities to detect irregularities.
• Timely rendition of daily/ weekly/ Monthly reports.
• Daily reconciliation of bank balances in various banks
• Analyzing data regarding bank accounts
• Provide documentation for the purpose of supporting all financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank reports to bank statements.
• Reconcile and process transactions that are complex in nature.
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all cash deposits to the bank(s)
• Assist auditor with documentation required for the auditors to do their job satisfactorily.
• Continuously follow up on all transactions continuously and provide updates to the management.
• Reconcile discrepancies in different accounts.
• Identify the root cause of any discrepancies and eliminate them to prevent further variances.
• Continuously implement ways to improve reconciliation processes and controls.
• Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in all reconciliation activities.
