Call Center Officer

- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
We are hiring a Call Center Officer to join our team! The ideal candidate must be professional, articulate, and customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Provide accurate information about our services
- Document all call information in the system
