Role Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Executive to join our team in Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta on a full-time, on-site basis.
• Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, driving sales initiatives, conducting market research, and building relationships with stakeholders.
• The role also involves preparing sales reports, representing the company at events, and ensuring seamless communication with clients to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing: Proven ability in business development, sales strategies, and relationship building with clients.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, and client engagement skills.
• Market Knowledge: Capacity for conducting market research, understanding real estate trends, and analyzing competitor activities.
• Organizational and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in managing work priorities, preparing reports, and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to work in a team or independently, with experience in motivating and leading teams to achieve goals.
• Education and Experience: OND, HND, BSC or a related field, with prior sales or real estate experience preferred.
