    Inbound Sales Analyst

    About the role

    • As an Inbound Sales Analyst at Kora, you will be responsible for onboarding merchants, expanding our clientele, and identifying new opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability,and help our business grow. 
    • We are looking for a talented and competitive inbound sales representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales cycle environment.
    • You will also be responsible for identifying new business prospects and selling our products to them.
    • In this role, you will maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.
    • Hence, we seek a tenacious and vibrant salesperson who is self-motivated and has the passion to sell as well as to grow a career in sales in the payments industry.

    Here are a couple of things you'll be doing:

    • Daily review of all inbound leads.
    • Engaging inbound leads through phone calls, emails and other communication channels.
    • Following up with compliance for the review of merchants’ KYC documents.
    • Onboarding 80% of qualified inbound leads.
    • Work with other teammates in the sales team to ensure organizational growth.
    • Work closely with the Product, Merchant Success, and Operations teams.

    Working hours

    • Given that we are an all-remote company and hire almost anywhere in the world, we don’t have a location requirement for this role.
    • However, your working hours must coincide with 9:00 am - 5:00 pm WAT for at least 40 hours/week.

    Requirements
    Here's what we are looking for:

    • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Telesales agent, Business Development Associate, Sales analyst, or similar role experience in a fast-paced B2B payment infrastructure environment, financial services, or banking industry.
    • Experience in upselling to existing customers.
    • Proven inside sales experience.
    • Track record of over-achieving quota.
    • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
    • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
    • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong listening and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients and an ability to influence stakeholders.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    • Finally, someone with the ability to sell water to a drowning man!
