    Business Manager (Entry Level)

    Responsiblities

    • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
    • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional results.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders and external partners.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies across all business activities.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field required.
    • Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA) are advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business management or a related role.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth.
    • Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and performance management.
    • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and best practices.
