    Business Development & Sales Manager (B2B)

    Job Summary:

    • We're seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth and revenue across our B2B verticals.
    • As a key member of our sales team, you'll develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and lead a high-performing team.

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry
    • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
    • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behaviour
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Ability to demo products virtually and in person
    • Ability to put together high-quality decks
    • A people person with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Well-spoken and emotionally intelligent

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies for each business vertical, focusing on direct marketing, partnerships, and data-driven decision-making
    • Build and lead a high-performing team of 2-3 sales professionals
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and deals
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, event planners, HR executives, and other stakeholders
    • Create and deliver high-quality sales decks, pitches, and demos
    • Analyze sales metrics and data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive growth and revenue

    Sales Funnel:

    • Lead generation: Identify potential clients through research and marketing campaigns
    • Initial outreach: Make contact and introduce our services
    • Meeting and demo: Schedule meetings and demos to showcase our services
    • Proposal and negotiation: Send proposals and negotiate deals
    • Closing: Secure deals and partnerships

    Success Metrics:

    • Achieve monthly sales targets for each business vertical
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
    • Develop and maintain relationships & community with existing clients across each vertical
    • Achieve a high & consistent satisfaction rating
