    Business Development Manager

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition, close high-impact deals, and accelerate revenue growth. The BDM will take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and account transition. This role is ideal for a tenacious, data-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Pipeline Generation & Prospecting

    • Identify and engage new leads via outbound and inbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking).
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across SMEs, mid-market, and enterprise clients.

    Sales Execution

    • Conduct product demos, discovery meetings, and solution pitching aligned with client needs.
    • Customize proposals, manage objections, and negotiate terms toward deal closure.

    Revenue & Target Management

    • Own and achieve quarterly sales targets across segments.
    • Maintain average deal size and reduce sales cycle through structured follow-ups.

    CRM & Reporting

    • Maintain up-to-date lead and deal information in CRM.
    • Submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports (leads, demos, proposals, conversion rates).

    Collaboration & Strategy

    • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine GTM strategies.
    • Contribute insights on customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3–5 years proven success in B2B or SaaS sales.
    • Strong experience with full sales cycle execution.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
    • Strong negotiation, proposal writing, and closing skills.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
