    Senior Executive Assistant

    Job Overview:

    • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex tasks in a remote environment. You must be discreet, tech-savvy, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive support to one or more senior executives, acting as a gatekeeper and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Manage complex calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and coordinate global time zones.
    • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
    • Coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, board sessions, and conferences using platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Track and follow up on key action items, project deadlines, and deliverables.
    • Organize and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
    • Support internal communications, executive updates, and cross-departmental collaboration.
    • Lead or assist in special projects, research, and executive initiatives.
    • Optimize workflows and implement productivity tools to enhance executive efficiency.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
    • 5–10 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably in a global or remote-first organization.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and virtual conferencing platforms.
    • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and proactively.
    • Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment.

    Business Development Manager

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition, close high-impact deals, and accelerate revenue growth. The BDM will take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and account transition. This role is ideal for a tenacious, data-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Pipeline Generation & Prospecting

    • Identify and engage new leads via outbound and inbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking).
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across SMEs, mid-market, and enterprise clients.

    Sales Execution

    • Conduct product demos, discovery meetings, and solution pitching aligned with client needs.

    • Maintain average deal size and reduce sales cycle through structured follow-ups.

    CRM & Reporting

    Collaboration & Strategy

    • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine GTM strategies.
    • Contribute insights on customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3–5 years proven success in B2B or SaaS sales.
    • Strong experience with full sales cycle execution.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
    • Strong negotiation, proposal writing, and closing skills.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
