A reputable Maritime Logistics company is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas and Maritime sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience, in business development preferably, within the Maritime and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Strong understanding of Maritime Logistics and Offshore Operations.
• Proven track record of securing high-value contracts and partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
• BSc/HND degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
