Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and purse new business opportunities
- Develop and execute growth strategies and proposals
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to support informed decision-making
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Must have 3+ years experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record or achieving sales or growth targets
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives
