    Brand Technical Analyst

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a Brand Technical Analyst to develop, implement, track and optimize our sales and marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
    • Monitor market and consumer trends
    • Develop pricing and distribution strategies
    • Establish and maintain brand budgets
    • Deliver brand strategy and advertising communications founded on deep understanding of consumer insights
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • Creating and implementing advertising strategies.
    • Facilitating brand partnerships and collaborations.
    • Assisting with Content Creation (Pictures & videos).
    • Define and manage the brand identity, vision and overall marketing strategy.
    • Curate customer experience by defining and managing the brand communication strategy across all communication and sales channels.
    • Own, develop and maintain the external brand narrative.
    • Create and execute marketing programs and campaigns.
    • Carry out market research and studies to identify gaps and opportunities in the market, and get competitor and customer insights.
    • Organising brand events and promotion of products and collections.
    • Creating customer feedback processes and providing useful feedback based

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 3 years work experience.
    • Demonstrable experience of analytical work with online tools such as Google Analytics and/or Omniture and including SEM, video, text and banner advertising.
    • Data-driven and highly analytical, and demonstrated experience of translating data and trends into recommendations, powerful strategies and compelling messaging.
    • Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with senior executive leadership and strong people influencing skills.
