Head of Design (Architect)
- Job Type Full Time , Onsite
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 7 - 9 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Building and Construction
- Salary Range ₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the architectural design team.
- Develop and oversee architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings.
- Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, building codes, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Review and approve design outputs to maintain quality, consistency, and brand standards.
- Manage design timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior architects and design professionals.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability practices.
- Represent the organization in design presentations, stakeholder meetings, and client engagements. .
