    Sales Manager

    • 1–3 years proven experience in real estate sales or a related sales role.
    • ⁠Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • ⁠Experience in property marketing, site inspections, and client closing is preferred
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • ⁠Customer relationship management and follow-up skills
